Jessie and James met whilst both working for Vivienne Westwood at the London Studio. They always had the dream to start our own label and saw an opportunity at this time to do something new and adventurous with their skills and experience. Learning abstract and clever ways to cut clothes and designing garments in a playful humorous way the duo decided that the kidswear market was the obvious choice. The collections can be found in some of the most prestigious department stores including Liberty London, Harvey Nichols, Mitsukoshi, Isetan and Hankyu Japan.
The brands ethos is to produce British, high quality modern kids wear clothing with a strong unique identity. Jessie and James uses innovative cutting principles to create new silhouettes, which are fun and enhance every child’s individual character. Every effort is focused on making each garment comfortable and practical and always fashionable.
The collection is for babies, boys and girls from ages newborns to 9 years. The clothes are very versatile and there are many ways to combine each style to create a different, personal and loveable look.
